À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Mailing Services

Our mailing professionals offer a variety of services to not only save you mailing costs but also to create effective mailing pieces that meet all postal guidelines to ensure delivery with high accuracy. Services include pick-up and delivery of interdepartmental mail, USPS, FedEx, UPS, and a variety of other carriers.

Hours of Operations: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday

Notify the Shipping & Receiving department if you are shipping with UPS, FedEx, or have bulk mailing. FedEx Express and FedEx Ground must be received by 2:00 p.m. and UPS by 3:00 p.m. in order to go out the same day.

Campus Mail Services

  • The pickup and delivery of your interdepartmental mail are Monday thru Friday twice daily except for summers we deliver once in the afternoon. Pickup and delivery during holidays, campus closures, and summer term may vary.
  • All outgoing mail must have a department index attached.
  • Daily metering of outgoing first-class mail.
  • Bulk mailing services.
  • International and domestic shipping of FedEx, UPS, and USPS parcels.
