The Student Info Line is now managed by Enrollment Support Services (ESS)

ESS will oversee the execution of the communication plan in Slate — including coordination of Infoline messages. If your department has a message for current students, submit it through this form to get it infoline:

It is important to submit these at a minimum of three business days before you want the message to go out to students

Thank you for helping us deliver clearer, more coordinated communication to our students. If you have questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out to ESS.

Other options for getting the word out:

Infoline isn’t the right solution for every message – particularly for off-campus events and fundraisers, or if you’re trying reach staff and faculty.

Consider these alternative channels that might better suit your needs:

  • EastTalk (email message board that reaches 500+ employees and community members; email helpdesk@eou.edu for more information)
  • Digital Signs (rotating slides posted on La Grande campus screens; )
  • Staff/Faculty Infoline (visit /marketing-resources/ for more information)
