The À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Board of Trustees maintains an archive of official records for all public meetings in accordance with Oregon public meetings and public records laws.
Beginning in 2024, À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ transitioned from written meeting minutes to audio-visual recordings as the official record of Board of Trustees meetings. This change reflects evolving best practices in public meeting documentation and provides a more complete and accessible record of Board discussions and actions.
For meetings held prior to 2024, the official record consists of written meeting minutes, which are available on this site.
For meetings held in 2024 and thereafter, the official record consists of the full audio-visual recording of each meeting. Written summaries, agendas, and supporting materials may continue to be provided for reference but do not replace the audio-visual recording as the official record.
