Academic and Student Affairs Committee Meeting, Wednesday, November 2, 2016 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

A meeting of the Academic & Student Affairs Committee of the Board of Trustees of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ will take place Wednesday, November 2, 2016, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in Inlow Hall, Room 201, at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.

An individual or organization who wants to provide a written comment to the Board may do so by:

• Sending the material electronically to board@eou.edu
• Deliver the material to the Office of the University Board Secretary
• Mail the material to the Office of the University Board Secretary at One University Boulevard, Inlow Hall, Room 216, La Grande, Oregon 97850

The Chair, President, and Board Secretary will determine whether, and if so when, submitted material is appropriate for dissemination to Trustees based on the University’s bylaws and relevant Board actions. Materials may be subject to disclosure under the Public Records Law.

To be considered by the Committee, written comments must be received by 5 p.m. on 11/1/2016.
