Number, Title, Credit and/or Content

  • Syllabus -Current and revised w/track changes
  • If the course is Gen Ed, you also need to complete  to indicate how the revised course meets the Gen Ed requirements.
  • Recommendation to keep or delete current course number (this information is needed for record keeping).
  • Current courses are found on the catalog page 

Small Change in a Catalog Description

If you are proposing a small change in the description wording, the change can be submitted during catalog updates.

Changing a Pre-requisite

Deleting a Course from the Catalog

  • Notify all programs that could potentially be affected by the deletion
