Unless you provide your name or the name of the alleged perpetrator, this information is used for the purpose of statistical reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have been subjected to a physical, emotional, sexual or gender-based harassment or misconduct, EOU strongly encourages you to report your experience to the University and\/or local law enforcement. EOU’s Title IX Coordinator is trained to work with individuals who report physical, emotional, sexual or gender-based misconduct, and provide information about resources, support service and procedural options. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe it is the right of the victim\/survivor of interpersonal violence to decide if they wish to report an incident, and how much information they wish to share about the incident.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

You can make a report at any time. However, you are encouraged to make a report as soon as possible after an incident. Retaliation against any person for making a report or participating in an investigation is strictly prohibited. If you decide not to make a report, or if you are unsure about reporting, you are still entitled to confidential resources provided by the University. You can also request changes to your academic, housing, transportation and working situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
