Police reports are eventually accessible by Public Records Requests. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Campus Security<\/strong> Make a report to our Campus Security at <strong>541.962.3911<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Title IX Coordinator<\/strong> File a report with the Title IX Coordinator and Director of Student Relations at <strong>541.962.3476<\/strong>. If formal action not wanted, reports remain private and only shared with key University personnel unless the University must take action for reasons of safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>File an <a href=\"https:\/\/cm.maxient.com\/reportingform.php?EasternOregonUniv&amp;layout_id=3\">Anonymous Report<\/a><\/strong>. Names are not required to report. This information is used for the purpose of statistical reporting when names are not provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prevention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Several offices at À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ (EOU) offer programming around the prevention of sexual misconduct and training for how to interrupt potential acts of violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Title IX Coordinator:<\/strong> The Title IX Coordinator can provide various types of programs or options for training related to Title IX. These include knowing your rights; EOU policies and procedures for handling sexual misconduct; student rights, freedoms and responsibilities; and more. The office also offers trainings in conjunction with Human Resources, for faculty and staff regarding these topics as well as the role of a responsible employee and sexual harassment in the workplace. Program requests can be made through the Title IX Coordinator at (541) 962-3476.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Student Involvement and Wellness: <\/strong>The Center for Student Involvement&nbsp;and the Wellness Program offer a range of nationally recognized educational speakers and awareness programs throughout the academic year. In addition, partnered with local community resources to provide training and education opportunities for the campus community.
