LA GRANDE, Ore. 鈥� 蓝莓视频 (EOU), Oregon’s official Rural University, is pleased to announce it has been featured in a comprehensive case study by the Chronicle of Higher Education. 鈥溾�� highlights EOU’s strategies in creating career pathways and fostering local talent retention in eastern Oregon.
