The First Citizen Award is endowed through the À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Foundation.&nbsp;The First Citizen Award is renewable up to four years and has an option to increase in award amount each year student maintains all eligibility requirements. <strong>Applicants must:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be an undergraduate seeking their first degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours per term<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide documentation of tribal and\/or native corporation membership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a 2.5 or above GPA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities of recipient to maintain eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain a GPA of 2.5 or above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours per term<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a \u201cThank You\u201d card or letter addressed to the Diversity Scholarship Committee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate active involvement in 1 university recognized service project each year of award<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain contact with the Native American Program coordinator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encouraged to volunteer to serve in a programming committee or event planning committee that works to address diversity awareness and education on campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize services available through the MOSAIC Center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply for the First Citizen Award visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eou.edu\/foundation\/scholarships\/\">EOU Foundation Scholarships Page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Other Scholarships<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/oregonstudentaid.gov\/grants\/oregon-tribal-student-grant\/\">Oregon Tribal Student Grant | Oregon Student Aid<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aises.org\/scholarships\/\">AISES Scholarships<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.catchingthedream.org\/application-forms\/\">Catching the Dream Scholarships &#8211; Native American Leadership Program <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihs.gov\/\">Indian Health Service<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dar.org\/national-society\/scholarships\/american-indian\">Daughters of the American Revolution<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.udall.gov\/OurPrograms\/Scholarship\/Scholarship.aspx\">Udall Undergraduate Scholarship<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/collegefund.org\/students\/scholarships\/\">American Indian College Fund<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/secure.nativepartnership.org\/site\/PageServer;jsessionid=00000000.app20098b?pagename=aief_services_scholarships_undergrad&amp;NONCE_TOKEN=BA184FB9AE99F061FBD52509A63802E3\">American Indian Education Fund<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanindianservices.org\/scholarships\">American Indian Services<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indian-affairs.org\/nativescholarship.html\">Association on American Indian Affairs<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/educationnorthwest.org\/nelsonscholarship\">Steven R.
