The Center for Strategic Equity Initiatives Programs & Services promote the holistic support for all students through leadership development, educational support, and connections to university resources. The office strives to increase recruitment and retention of students by creating a strong sense of campus community and assisting students in becoming successful graduates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer programs and services that enable students of color and other under-served populations achieve success as they pursue their academic goals. We also provide a safe place for all students to learn, grow and engage in social and cultural activities and dialogues that encourage critical thinking and empower students to grow beyond their personal barriers in order to strengthen their understanding of equity and social responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
