He holds a MS in exercise science, PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry, and spent time as a post-doctoral fellow at the Norris Cancer Center at the University of Southern California. While he teaches a variety of classes for the À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ PHYSH department, his main focus is on the cellular physiology of exercise, nutrition for health, and nutrition for sport performance.
