Livestream and recordings can be accessed from the Board webpage: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eou.edu\/governance\/livestream-meetings\/\">https:\/\/www.eou.edu\/governance\/livestream-meetings\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Written comment or requests to give oral comment must be received by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 17.&nbsp; Written comment may be submitted electronically to <a href=\"mailto:board@eou.edu\">board@eou.edu<\/a> or mailed to the Office of the General Counsel and Board Secretary at One University Blvd, Inlow Hall 216, La Grande, OR, 97850. Written comment received by the deadline will be shared with the trustees prior to the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests to give oral comment remotely by zoom, must be submitted via the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eou.tfaforms.net\/218006\">Board Public Comment Request Form<\/a>.
