Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to maintain adequate social distancing within the meeting space, we are unable to accommodate in-person attendance by the public.&nbsp; Oral public comment will be available via Zoom video conferencing. The Zoom board meeting can be viewed through livestream from the board\u2019s webpage:&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/livestream.com\/eou\/governance\">Board Livestream<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Library Name Public Comment:<\/strong>  Written comments received by November 9 via the <a href=\"https:\/\/eou.tfaforms.net\/218036\">Library Written Public Comment Form<\/a> will be shared with the Trustees prior to the meeting.  &nbsp;Individuals wishing to provide oral comment must submit their requests by November 9 through the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1zZhrPN3FQyeS_5Pi_NBdQs5OW4hhtfr4p0RBOkn7kuM\/prefill\">Library Oral Public Comment Form<\/a>.  Time constraints may limit the number of people allowed to make oral comments.  Speakers selected will reflect a spectrum of viewpoints.
