Members of the public who wish to view the meeting may do so through livestream on the Board of Trustees webpage:  <a href=\"https:\/\/livestream.com\/eou\/governance\">Board Meeting Livestream<\/a>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/eou.tfaforms.net\/218006\">Sign up for public comment during&nbsp;regular&nbsp;meeting<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Persons wishing to make <em>oral<\/em> comment must submit a request to board@eou.edu at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.  An email response will be sent to you with the log-in information to join the Zoom meeting.  Persons wishing to make <em>written <\/em>comment may do so by submitting comments in writing to board@eou.edu.&nbsp;Written comments received up to 24 hours in advance of the meeting will be distributed to the committee members prior to the meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chair, President, and Board Secretary will determine whether, and if so when,&nbsp;the submitted&nbsp;material is appropriate for dissemination to Trustees based on the University\u2019s bylaws and relevant Board actions.
