Summary of Job Duties\/Responsibilities\/Essential Functions:<\/a><\/strong><\/td>– Vacuum and sweep hallways and stairwells
– Clean and maintain entryways
– Wipe windows and glass doors
– Perform other general custodial duties as assigned based on building or section<\/td><\/tr>
Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong><\/td>– No prior experience necessary
– Ability to perform physical work and follow safety procedures
– Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records<\/td><\/tr>
Preferred Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities<\/strong>:<\/td>– Dependability and responsibility in maintaining assigned areas
