Professional Development:<\/strong><\/td>The role provides opportunities for leadership training, event planning, mentoring peers, and community engagement. Students will also gain experience in project management, staff development, and administrative coordination.<\/td><\/tr>
Summary of Job Duties\/Responsibilities\/Essential Functions:<\/a><\/strong><\/td>– Serve as a point of contact and mentor for MOSAIC Center student staff
– Assist with scheduling and onboarding student workers
– Support daily operations, maintain a welcoming space, and assist with events
– Track attendance and manage communication tools
– Provide administrative and office support<\/td><\/tr>
Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong><\/td>– Current EOU student enrolled in 6+ credits and in good academic standing
– Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively<\/td><\/tr>
Preferred Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/td>– Previous experience in student leadership, teamwork, or customer service<\/td><\/tr>
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities<\/strong>:<\/td>– Commitment to student belonging, inclusivity, and community support
– Ability to manage scheduling and administrative tasks effectively<\/td><\/tr>
