You will receive job-specific training provided by the Early College Initiatives Office and participate in University-wide training events. Additionally, you will have access to sponsored training activities, career exploration activities via Career Services, and resume reviews with Career Services and\/or WorkSource Oregon. These experiences will help you build professional competencies such as data analysis, report writing, project management, and professional communication, preparing you for diverse career paths.<\/td><\/tr>
Summary of Job Duties\/Responsibilities\/Essential Functions:<\/a><\/strong><\/td>– Maintain pre-developed databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
– Create customized certificates using Canva based on predefined templates and requirements.
– Conduct quality assurance checks on reports and certificates ensuring compliance with standards in Banner, Google Office, and Canva.
– Demonstrate commitment to the university\u2019s core values by maintaining a professional demeanor.<\/td><\/tr>
Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong><\/td>– School year preferences \u2013 Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Masters<\/td><\/tr>
Preferred Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/td>– Proficiency in Banner, Google Office Platform, and Excel.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.<\/td><\/tr>
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities<\/strong>:<\/td>– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the ECI team.
