Participants will learn about confidentiality and privacy laws, practice coaching strategies to enhance students\u2019 organizational and academic skills, and master instructional techniques tailored to diverse learning styles. They will gain practical experience in educational support, understand EOU\u2019s mission and vision, and learn to navigate legal and ethical considerations for students with disabilities. The program emphasizes building relationships with faculty and staff to improve support services.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Professional Development:<\/strong><\/td><td>These roles provide a robust professional development experience. You will receive job-specific training and have opportunities to participate in University-wide training events. You will also be encouraged to engage in sponsored training activities and career exploration events via Career Services. Additionally, you can take part in the EO Career Expo, Career-Ready symposium, and resume review sessions.
