Summary of Job Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:	– Scan documents and manage electronic file uploads – Handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information – Review work for accuracy – Extract financial data and download information into a usable format – Perform other duties as assigned to support College of Business office staff
Minimum Qualifications:	– Federal Work Study eligibility – Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:	– Self-motivated – Detail-oriented
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:	– Strong organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently – Strong communication skills
